yeah sorry mav they r 70 series not 65, im half asleep

I rang them today Samo but thet were ordered for a 100 series that the guy did not go through with and they are 285/70/17 and they are a tyre and rim deal not tyre only. Ordering the ones I wanted from them were going to cost $386 per tyre fitted. I got a price of $382 fitted and balanced here at Jax in Salamander Bay. Will have to wait now I think till I come back down.

mav try tyrepower in railway st wickham thats were i got mine if not in stock he can get them in pretty quick normally but this time of year might be a problem

Hey Baz, have you had the Mickey T ATZ's on for long? Have they been OK? I had a shocker of a set. I had a few pics in a previous post but I must have deleted them somehow??? Anyhow, I only got 700km out of them as they ripped up after one weekend on rocky roads. Dealer didn't even blink when I told him :shock: . I assume he'd heard it before? But I shouldn't assume ops: . He said tyres should 'cure' for a few months. Usually they sit around in storage 'curing' before being sold to the customer, but in this case they probably came straight out of the factory and onto my the rims. In a perfect world (perhaps imaginary) you would buy your next set of tyres 10,000km before you needed them and put them in the shed to harden up a little 8) .

I think yours were the 5 rib design? (Well, I hope so anyway as we have the 4-rib)

Looks like we have a trip to Perth coming up, so I dropped into the Tyre joint to have the ATZ's checked (they've only done 2900km) and the result is that they are wearing evenly, with a little bit of block wear on the fronts which is expected. We'll rotate them before leaving Perth on the way back.

I also ordered a Speedy Grande and another ATZ to go on it for a second spare: Will advise current pricing when it turns up...

Has anyone got any current pricing on the 4 Rib ATZ's lately? I want to organise a set but not sure what sort of price they are going for now.

That was quick, they rang late yesterday to let me know it was in! Picked it up this morning.

Speedy Grande: $175
Mickey ATZ 4 rib: $332

I didn't ask for special price, but this is the same place that supplied the changeover set for me, so they may have done me a special being a returning customer or something.

I don't know what the forum rules are for this kind of thing, if you want to know who/what/where, drop me a PM and I'll spill

The Speedy grande is a nice piece of work. Apparently you can get the toyo badge for the centre, does anyone know about that?

I wonder if they gave you a good deal on these because you had bought through them before? That is a very good price as I had prices for both as $210 and $356. I know when you got your tyres initally you had a good trade in deal and if it was through the same place them I'm a little surpised as when i rang them they said they are not allowed to deal in MT, only Coopers.

Well I can confirm that they will not sell Mickey T's unless it is a new vehicle tyre swap. So that rules them out for me. Thanks anyway Michael.

Best I could do here in Alice for 5 tyres is $388 per tyre.

I can guess which one that is. Ring the place that I told you about before. I'm sure they can give you a really good deal. Not as good as PhotoPrados but it should be good. I'm supposed to pick up my tyres from them tomorrow but it wont be until next weekend
