I have tyres on as above but have been advised, by a 4wd workshop, that as vehicle is constant 4wd, all tyres should have the same wear otherwise damage could happen to the drive system, diff??- not sure. Should I get another 2 new tyres for rear or is it not an issue?

Re: 2 new Cooper ATR on front , 2 - 50% worn at rear- sensible?
Your car has a centre differential which varies the amount of drive front/rear and thus allows for different turning circles, different tread wear, etc.
It will not be an issue.
Stay away from Cooper ATRs though. They are definitely shite.Dave

Hey Bushbasher........
......dig yourslf a hole and get ready for the flack.
Personally, after 3 sets of Coopers, and a lap around the block with them, I wouldn't have anything else.Rob
