Didn't know that KM2s came in that size?

Andrew, you're right. KM2s aren't available in 65 series, but KOs are.

Good luck, Michelin have no stock until the next load arrives in October. If people do have stock they're grey imports.

Good thing is I'm not in a huge rush. We just have had enough of the slicks that come with the vehicle and the wife has approve my capex for expenditure :-)

We wanted to have them changed when we got the car delivered, but there was a lack of supply around this time last year as well.

Rang around a bit today and it looks like I can get a full set at around $360 - $370 a tyre and everyone seems to have stock of the AT 265/65/17 at the moment.

I was going to change to a different size but I think I will stay with the original this time round just to stop Toyota finding a reason not to do a warranty claim because I changed the size, which I am sure they would try if they got half a chance.

They (Toyota) fitted 265/70 BFGs to my Prado when I ordered it new back in '09. I don't reckon they'd know the difference anyway.

Getting a full set done tomorrow at $360 each. Went with the 65's as I hav a pretty god lift with the new suspension and springs. Plus that's all that seemed available with out waiting at least a month for the 70's.

Just booked in for a set of 5 for $313 each fitted and balanced in 265 65 17.
That's damn good and no-one else in Adelaide could come close to that price.

That is a good price Dan. When I fitted my 275/65s last year I was paying around the 380 mark. But it's an uncommon size, so they say. I wanted to go bigger but stay legal, which is why I didn't go the 70 profile.....
