Alloy Wheel paint bubbling

Has anyone noticed paint bubbling on their alloy wheels. I thought it was only on the spare 3 I bought for my camper, possibly due to immersion in some unknown substance, but I am now noticing bubbling on the wheels that came with the vehicle brand new. It starts at the back of the painted section and bubbles forward and looks like alloy corrosion you would see on an alloy boat. I have now noticed a bubbled area on one of the wheels adjacent to the valve stem.

From memory I haven't been through anything corrosive nor does the vehicle do beach work.

Anyone else got this problem? Thoughts?

Not sure where the paint is that you are referring to. I didn't think my wheels had any paint on them.

Could it be leaking break fluid, perhaps?
