Relocate Prado 120 spare to roof basket

Try lifting 35 kg onto the roof . If you go that way you will rule out every covered parking lot in the country [ or in cities at least]. Having it on the door is MUCH easier.

Anyone done this and is it worth it? Toying with the idea but need to get a roof basket first. Not a huge fan of the 30 odd kg I need to shift every time i open the rear door.
