What are the best tyres to choose for 2008 Prado VX3?

I did 40,000 Kms on my Prado and was told to replace all the tyres?

Pattern of usage/driving is mainly on road in city-90 % and maybe 10% off road in dessert(Saudi Arabia). I also would like to know the average kms done by Dunlop tyres?

What tyre would one recommend in the 3 segments?

1] Top of the line...

2] Medium priced

3]VAlue for money
