Has anyone had experience fitting a brown davis bash plate to the 150. Does it only attach by the 4 main centre bolts or is there a way to attach two bolts to the front as well ? ( 6 bolts in total)

Contacted Brown Davis, turns out the mesh at the front was incorrectly covering the two outer access cut outs to the bash plate's bolt holes. They are now sending out a replacement next week.

It staggers me how many times these things don't fit properly.
I bought a Brown Davis under guard for my NS Pajero which required modification in order to fit. I then bought a TJM under guard for my 150 which didn't fit at all. Not even close. TJM were dumbfounded when I took it in and they actually tried to fit it as well.
Do these companies not have any quality control???
I'm waiting for the ARB ones for the 150 to be released. See if they get it right...150 GXL V6 Auto. I am looking at getting the Brown Davis bash plate fitted early next month. Just ckecking at the moment that it will fit OK with the ARB bullbar. I will upload photos if all goes OK.Stephen Bloomer

Seems it's not limited to the 150. I rec'd a Sump guard and transmission guard today and the bolt holes that joint the transmission guard to the sump guard haven't been drilled

I've recently had a Brown Davis kit fitted to my 2005 Prado by ARB Cairns.
I opted for two of three components which included the radiator/intercooler protector and engine protector. I'm happy that they now include easy access to the oil drain plug as in the past the plate had to be removed to change the oil.
