Picked up my new 2.8L 150 on Friday in Silver Pearl, can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I am getting a TJM T3 Bar. I have always gone ARB deluxe bars in the past, and was going to go Sahara bar, but price difference of at least $500 has done it for me, and the service at ARB Regency Park SA lacking! In saying that if ARB matched TJM T3 colour coded bar price of $2400 installed, I would consider!

Any one regret going T3 on facelift?

Hi there, guys! Nice pictures in the thread here. I've recently got some LED lights from ledoutfitters store. I will post my pictures here when I install them. I can't wait for it

Hi: I'm a newbie, about to take on a new VX. Does anyone have a photo of the current VX with an ARB Deluxe bullbar? I am also interested to know how the bullbar affects the lights and the daytime running lights - does it block them?
    Thanks for any advice.
    Kevin

Have done it on a T13 but not on a facelift model. Basically it involved removing the radiator shroud and grille and then slipping the winch in sideways via the grille area. It is tricky but can be done but as I said, mine is pre-facelift.

TJM told me that it is doable though I have yet to try fitting my 11XP to the T3 bar. Christmas holidays will tell...

i have heard you can fit a winch with the TJM bar on if you remove the grill.
    Looks to tight to me.
maybe some one has done it on here.
it is not to hard to remove the bar if you have some help.
It will make it easier to mount the winch in the cradle and tighten the bolts i think.

Even with the hole I think it looks better than (all) other bars which don't match the headlight shape and so use part of the original bumper. Plus if you put a light bar below the cross member it hides the hole!

Some photos of my car below. The light bar fits well below the cross member. It's a bit wonky in the first photos because it got bumped by a roo at 100km/h. It is removed in the Big Red photo because a second roo hit it quite hard and bent the mounts a lot - we had to take it off. The bar itself is fine - it has a small dent in the front section where a corner of the light bar hit it during one of the kangaroo strikes.

I've mounted a Runva 9500 winch inside - the control box is also inside the bar so there isn't anything showing apart from the rope/hook. It took a bit of stuffing around but isn't that hard to do using right angle shelf brackets from Bunnings.

Definitely the best looking bar.In my opinion.

With your 4 month wait and prior bad experiences like that I have just about decided against it. Great looking bar... I'm spewing they weren't easier to get hold of.

Good luck with that. So many changes in delivery date was too late for me. Even if they arrive on the 16th they still need to get through customs etc so things might be tight for you
Still think it is the best looking bar for the 2014 but i am happy TJM bar
