Boat Harbour Kurnell

Hey all ,Just wondering if anyone knows whether Boat Harbour At Kurnell is still open ?
Thinking of heading down in the next week for a day but was unsure if it was still there

i go there 3 times a week , won't be open chrissy day . bring your dog , they like dogs . ( muslims don't ) cost is $ 25 for a day pass or $105 for half year pass . open october to march 7.00am to 5.30 pm mon - thurs . friday -sun and public hols 7.00am - 7.30pm and april to sept 7.00 till 5.00pm . as for australia day ,forget it , im a local and you could not get near the place let alone get a spot on the beach . on a summers day weekend best to get there before 11am , when the lebs arrive with their jet skis . pretty much best to go home by then , unless you enjoy that sort of thing , sorry thats just me im extremely intolerant , but you can usually still find a good spot for a swim and a bbq . the beach is 1.8 kms long and it gets soft and narrow at the southern end , that appears to be where the surfers go . there is a quiet protected lagoon at the northern end . the surf is very rarely bigger than 1 ft anywhere ,other than the southern end . BRING YOUR DOG .

haha.. so true Kav. We love going down there and having a swim and BBQ. The Boxer dog loves getting in and swimming with us.

Just curious, can you take your dog to this beach?

Just noticed that if you hover your mouse over the little green lights under the names, they say different things. Mine is something about a fantastic aura, my girlfriend would disagree as she thinks it smaells, especially when I hold her under the sheets

yes you can take your dog to this beach , and let it go nuts . mlc i thought for a moment you were off your meds again. but it appears they are puting the same hallucinagens in the beer in NSW . I CAN SEE IT TOO . oh yeah if you put your hand over her mouth she has to breathe in through her nose . has the added benefit that she can't talk either .
