T13 Bull Bar prices Adelaide

G’day guys,

My first post so go easy….

Picked up my new silver 150 last week, and I was driving past TJM so stuck my head in to get an idea on price for a T13bar colour coded (front sensor compatible), the guy quoted me about $2650 (I’m away for work and don’t have the exact price on me). Is that around the mark of what others have paid in Adelaide?

Any other points on getting a bull bar fitted, things to watch out for etc would be helpful too.

Welcome to the site, and great work on your new purchase.

I just picked up my new 150 2 weeks ago and am tossing up between the ARB delux winch bar and the OL bar..... I have never been a fan of the TJM equipment, but that is only my personal preference. As you will see many people on this forum love it.

Bumper cuts can be a bit of an issue, just take your time and make sure you follow the template

I just had my T13 fitted in Adelaide two weeks ago and paid $2200 fitted for a non colour coded bar, and your price quoted was the same quote I had for the colour coded option.

I paid $1700 fitted and colour coded. 4 weeks ago in Brisbane. I'd be ringing around and haggling..

The price i would charge here on the gold coast for that same thing would be $2245.00 supplied fitted and colour coded these are NOT a bumper cut as mentioned in a earlier response full bumper replacement with eyebrows that i would recomend colour coding as they come flat black i am unsure where gerard9977 got his done but i would say he got a bargain or someone priced it wrong the bar itself rrp is $1650 + fitting + colour coding.

Thanks for the quick responses guys - Gerard9977 $1700! that's almost worth the drive!

I might have to try and get them down a bit, are TJM a national chain or franchises? Should they be matching the prices that other TJM's quote or are they all individuals that charge what they want?

It was approx the same over a year ago, TJM basic bar was $200 more expensive than a ARB/fogs/colour coded/fitted....then they wanted $400 for colour coding.

I got prices direct from TJM for $2050.00 fitted and painted. I then went to the dealer and said I want the t13 bar but i only want to pay trade price and they did it.

After writing off the plastic bumper on mine, I got a T13 fitted and was quoted approx $1800 fitted and in black. All up it cost me $100 as insurance was going to pay $1700 for the new plastic. My GXL is metal storm so black looks just fine. I think black on a silver 150 also looks pretty good.

When my car arrives eventually it is booked into TJM Perth, Black bar INC fitting, INC GST, INC Eyebrows, for $2100. I got them down a little bit because I am getting a bit of other stuff done too. Where I live up north they wanted $2400.

Sozjot would you mind sending me a PM with where you went to get that quote of 1800 fitted? It wasn't itemised on the quote but I am hoping they are not trying to sting me for $850 for colour coding, seems a bit steep.

This may well be a steel bar and the dearer one mentioned is alloy. Steel is significantly cheaper (and heavier!!)
