Note that for the Pioneer rack to bolt onto the aerobars, requires drilling through the tracks. A bolt sticks up from underneath and a nut sits in that track. The track also allows channel nuts to slide in it and this nut will block the positioning of the channel nut. Kind of defeats the purpose of having tracks in the planks so you can put eyebolts wherever you want.
The 42102 weighs in at 25kg. The capacity on the factory roof rails is 80kg. Takeaway 25kg for the Pioneer rack and you are left with 55kg. If this is all you need, then it is fine. If you need more capacity, I would highly recommend removing the roof rails.
A roof top tent weighs 55kg and a spare is 30kg.
This is my setup with the Pioneer Platform Rack (p/no. 42103).
