Rear Awning

Hi All,

has anyone mounted a rear awning (1.2m wide) on the back of their Prado? The choices seem to be limited to Tigerz and some unknown brands off ebay. My intention is to mount it to the back of my Rhino "Pioneer Platform".

BTW I already have a side awning and I'm not keen on a foxwing. I just want a simple rear awning that I canuse at the kids sports etc.

Tigerz and supa-peg make them, both on e-bay and on their websites. Cost is a bit high though, $250 - 270.

I bought mine from "Tough Toys" and have been very happy with it. Using it on Fraser all this week.

The kit came with all the mounting gear as well as two aluminum channels to bolt from back to front along the roof racks to mount it on.

Very impressed with the quality and happy to pay the price for it.
