Good morning Khoa do you still have the instruction how to fit the original toyota nudge bar.I just bought secondhand one my self and I need instruction to fit to my Prado 150 2015.I appreciate if you can email it to me [email protected].I have to luck asking to toyota about the instruction.Could you please send me a copy.Thank you very much.
Sorry just saw your post now, i didn't get notify email. Do you still need it? Would a 2015 different to the older car, mine is 2012.
What is everyone's thoughts on which nudge bar for the 2016 VX? ECB is my preference, but at $800 supply only seems very expensive. I am not a fan of the TJM low loop, of the genuine Toyota Bar given that you need to cut the front bumper.
I called AMA as their bar is similar to ECB, however they recon they don't have a bar to suit the new facelift 150's.
I too picked up a Toyota nudge bar second hand on gumtree, has instructions and templates. The instructions say like an hour but after reading it sounds much more than this, so I asked my Toyo dealer where I bought the car and they refuse to fit second hand equipment. :-(
Any ideas who in Sydney can fit this for a decent price? Its been sitting in my garage for months now.

Mate I have a bloke who will be fitting mine to my 14 Prado. I bought it 2nd hand. He fits them for Toyota (works for them) but does it on the side. I'm yet to confirm price but pretty sure he charges $200 to fit which to me is cheap considering what is involved to fit them up, while front bar needs to come off firstly..

Hi all. If ok I might reinvigorate this thread! I’m looking at nudge bars for a 2015 3.0lt VX. Has forward parking sensors, adaptive radar cruise control, but no camera.
Where does that leave me with choices, especially if I want all electronics to work, and if I fit additional driving lights?
vheers!
Mat
Mat I have TJM nudge bar on mine. They come with holes ready for sensors to be fitted up. Also has two tags for driving lights to be added if you want.

Thanks mate. What led you to going for TJM over genuine Toyota? They look pretty similar.....
The Crystal Pearl one 3 down from the 1st post looks the best IMHO
But I'm biased
Cheers,
Jeff
Gday Jeff, I liked the TJM version as well. Purchased a second hand one on Gummie...question, did you install it your self or have someone fit it? Wondering how easy it might be.
Eddie
nb. Agree..it will look great on my Pearl White Altitude!
