    Weather Shields

    Hi All,

    Just bought a 150 Series GX (white). I am looking to add some tinted weather shields and looking for feedback on what people have purchased / installed. I wanted to do all 4 windows, so by the looks of it OEM is not an option. Was looking at the various ebay options and am liking the look of these.

    I havent had a look at any of the auto stores as yet - welcome any feedback from those people have purchased - searches only returned dated info from 120 series owners.

    Hi Kevin,

    In case you are are still looking for some weather shields, I got mine off eBay. I have tried to find them again but they don't appear to have any for sale at the moment. Might have to keep an eye out on there. From memory they were about $75.

      Hi Steve,

      Havent gotten on to it yet - Do you have the ebay seller name? And what is the fitment like? There are some that are just fitted with double sided auto tape and some that have brackets.

      Which is yours?

      I like the look of the ones I posted as they look quite dark compared to some of the others I have seen.

        Mine have double sided tape and little bracket things that I don't know if they do that much.
        I can't remember the name off hand, I will have a look for it when I am home and I will get a photo for you.

            Do they work?

            I have genuine Toyota ones and they just drip water into the car.

            I wish I could find someone's which went further down the front of the window instead of starting up so high.

              Wooley, they kind of do. You can't have the window all of the way down (a bit of water drips in) but you can have it a enough down to get some airflow. I'm yet to encounter some decent rain with the snorkel on, that may make a bit of difference by stopping the windscreen run off.
