Has anybody have these sliders on their rigs ?
How are they and photos of how they look please.
I'm interested in these sliders.

Nice find of the pics Peter. Serious looking Sliders there with some big rubber on too! I can certainly see why the mud flaps were removed. That front wheel doesnt clear the guard by much in the 3rd pic
They look like they would have some serious strength. Is a thou big dollars for sliders?
I paid $1400 for ARB colour-coded "Steps" (I use that term very loosley as their not very good steps, but stronger than the OEM nonetheless) and scrub bars, pretty sure the TJM are about $750 fitted so $1k for sliders sounds like a good deal to me!
Be interested to see some underbody photo's of the mounts showing solid they are and to know if they address the airbag compatibility, or are these just sold in the true Superior Engineering form of "we sell stuff to you, don't care if it's legal, that's your job to find out".
Do rock sliders.... I mean side steps.... need to be compatible with airbags, where would I find out the legal ramifications for a mod like these as they look just the thing for my 150!

I would assume that any side step would have to be compatiable with the Air Bag and if not, then your insurance could wipe u. That's why ARB/TJM took so long to put theirs out on the market.... Looking at the Superior Prado (when I saw it, it was running 285's as well), I'd doubt that they are Air Bag Compatible..... just my thoughts though
Look great, I don't know much about them But my TJM's have done a bit of rock sliding
& I cannot fault them so far.
Except for when they did not extend far enough forward (By themselves) to save some bad driving by me !!

hope i can give some input to help others
i have been looking at superior engineering stealth rock sliders
just wondering if you guys have any reviews
i have been looking just didn't find anything on the 150 only the 120's
hope i haven't missed it, don't want my first post to annoy anyone
I'm currently designing something similar to these. Didn't know anyone had done anything like them before I started. They look good I reckon. Picked up my 150 a few weeks ago, and I'm in the process of making the sidesteps and a tray to put an arb twin compressor under the bonnet.
Not sure exactly what the ramifications are for airbags, but from what I understand the sensors are in the doors/pillars and I think the steps will collapse in the situation of a big enough hit that it sets off the air bags. But having said that, I will be using laser cut plates rather than RHS for the outriggers.
