  • Kakadu side steps

    Hi guys,

Any ideas on fitting with kdss, I have a place that said they would move the kdss lines but it sounds like a worry to me,

    What are your thought?

ARB do sidesteps for KDSS diesel only.

Hutch- Prado 150 with some TJM Kit.

ARB do them, I have them fitted on mine. If you have a V6 but they will not fit, diesel only.

After a quick google search more information can be found here - including part numbers ect http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...l=1#post388937

I have a V6 Auto Kakadu and I too have been searching in vain for aftermarket side steps or rock sliders.

I know the ones from Powerful 4x4 won't fit with KDSS despite what their website says about the KDSS lines on some models requiring relocation. When I rang them they basically said it couldn't be done but they still haven't updated their website the slackers.

The Roo Systems ones don't fit.

TJM don't do them for KDSS equipped models.

ARB only do diesels as already mentioned. They offered me Kingsley side steps but they are body mounted and not much of an improvement on the factory steps.

Superior Engineering were not sure if theirs would fit.

PP member AJ120 doesn't do them for the 150.

I am looking at having some custom made, depends on how trashed my plastic ones get on the GTG.

Hi Mike, if you have a diesel then we definitely have steps available.

The part numbers you'll need are 4421020 (step) and 4421030 (return section for front of step when no side rails are attached).

              Hope this helps.

              Cheers, Sam.

They're not at this stage unfortunately.

It requires a whole new design to cater for the different transmission crossmember and there's just not enough demand for them at this point.

Don't worry, I'd love a set for my 150 petrol too

                  Cheers, Sam.
