Will an ARB roof rack off a 99 model Prado fit my 2013 150 series Prado?

Hey guys and girls,

I have been offered an ARB roof rack by a family member that has come off their old 1999 model (90 series?) Prado.

We have just bought a 2012 build (2013 complied) GXL Prado. Will this rack fit my new rig or will I need to look for a current model 2009-2013 ARB rack?

It might be a bit too wide and stick out the sides. You will need a new rack mount kit for it but not sure if it would be compatible.

Is it steel or is it alloy ?

I am pretty sure it is the alloy one (powder coated grey), has mesh floor in it as well.

The 90 series had side supports off the drip rails above the windows whereas the 120 and 150 rely on separate feet or mounts off the NS rails. I would think it is doable but you might have to buy some extra bits. The Tracklander I bought when we had the 90 (and the P before it) fitted on the 120 with some rejigging of accoutrements.
