Found this initially on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MCC-STEEL...item4631642a43
After some research I found the site it belongs to along with some extra info on it:
http://www.mcc4x4.com/index.php?opti...=25&Itemid=279
From what it seems it has holes drilled for parking sensors but no ability to move rear camera. It also does not relocate the towbar up higher but it is the closest thing I've found to a Kaymar. Pretty well priced at $1800 (which obviously raises questions about quality) but on search of reviews I can't find huge amounts of any reviews at all. I can think of a small list of each pros/cons
Pros:
- Cheap
- Does not require relocation of towbar
- Runs all the way to wheel arch
Cons:
- Possible quality issue
- less departure angle than Kaymar
In theory if you're not using it for hardcore off roading then the lesser departure angle shouldn't be a huge issue and is the extra 3-4 degrees of departure worth the $2000 extra? Also what is quality worth? Say the construction is really good but has slight paint chipping on one edge is that the sign of a terrible product or one that can be lived with?
Anyway... Has anyone had experience with this mob? Or any thoughts to add to the melting pot?
