Did you have any luck? I've just picked up a second hand bullbar and I would really appreciate any instructions

If you know the PZQ part number for the accessory, sometimes ebay etc can help the instructions can be found at toyotamauals.com.au/. I was able to download instructions for a gx cargo barrier for free. Just leave any dashes out when entering the part number.

Part number is PZQ2960620 or PZQ2960630 (see attached photo of plate). I have done a lot of web searching looking for the instructions, including the Toyota manuals web page.

There are a lot of bits that came with the bullbar, and given the safety importance of the bull bar I want to get it right! Any help appreciated.

Might need to be cheeky and get a quote from toyota parts dept for the complete kit. It looks like just putting the items part number in wont work as it needs to be the kit number.

Prado 150 Facelift Genuine Toyota Sovereign Alloy Bullbar Fitting Instructions

Contacted Toyota about price to fit, and asked if I could have a copy of the parts list to check before I booked it in which they obliged with - basically sent me the entire fitting instructions. Too large to upload here.

Job is much more complex than I expected - lots of the front of the car needs to be pulled off etc, as well as cutting the original bumper etc.

They quoted $550 to install, which I must admit I'll probably go with just to make sure it is done right and saved me a weekend of swearing etc!.
