Foxwing mounted on Pioneer platform?

Hopefully someone with this setup is able to help me.

I am trying to work out how much a Foxwing awning mounted to a pioneer platform sticks up above the tray?
I will be getting these brackets i think http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Rhino-Rac...0AAOSwA3dYGplL
and i can see they can mount in the down position but still not sure how much the foxwing will stick up above the platform, Just trying to stay low to fit into the garage.

Hi Mitchell,

I used the Rhino 43100 brackets on a pioneer platform mounted such that the longest side points downward. The foxwing then at the highest point is approx 60mm above the rack.

I too used these brackets but mounted them under the pioneer platform as I needed it low to get in my garage. Has worked out well, the foxwing sits just above the front and rear door frames and doesn't catch.

60MM should be fine,
But 5logs when you say you mounted it under the platform do you just mean turned the brackets so it was underneath or actually attached the mount on the underside of the platform?

If it helps. I have the same setup. Foxwing on a Pioneer Platform. I can easily enter any car park 2.1 meters or higher. Pretty sure i put the mounts on upside down to make the Foxwing a little lower.

Yeah mounts upside down and also mounted under the platform, between the backbone and platform. I'll take a pic to tomorrow
