I'm finding it very difficult to reverse down the boat trailer on some boat ramps. Its OK when launching the tinny as I can see the top of the outboard but when reversing down with just the trailer I'm getting into strife, even using the wing mirrors. Not always a lot of room on some ramps.
Hence the thought of another reversing camera, the OEM one does not cut the mustard as it doesn't show enough of the trailer. I'm thinking of a separate after-market unit with a reasonably wide field of view (bolted to the back of the Rhinorack platform) with its own screen that I can quickly stick onto the dash.
Done a bit of a google search but none are leaping out at me.
Anybody else had to solve this problem? I could see that it would be useful in the scrub too, and at night with an extra reversing light, the Toyota model being sh1thouse after dark.
