  • Led light bar mounts

    Hi . all,
yes i've searched the forum and can't find anything.....I've purchased a 4wd Supacentre LED light bar and of course it does not match up to the existing ( ARB bullbar) tags/mounts/whatsits.
I've moved my UHF aerial to accomodate the LED bat but of course now i have to find some form of mount to stick it to the bull bar - without drilling a hole in the bar of course.
Anyone got any recommendations ? Ideas?
I looked at the Big Red mounts but these rely on the same brand light abr. Only other types i can find are clamp type mounts but the tags/mounts/whatsits on the bull bar are in the road. ( Meaning the clamp would have to go over the bar but the tags are in the road)
    Anyone got any ideas?
    Thanks

    Smokey

A photo of the lightbar on the bullbar would be really helpful.

I know you dont want to make holes in bar. Any reason. I did on mine and bar is still solid and on the prado.

I assume the 150 bar must be different. The 120 has side hole for aerials and hole at the front for lights.

Smoker, I assume you ordered the 'slimline' led light bar that has the two mounting options? On either side and the mount under?
If it is the same, I used the black alloy mounts for underneath (that slide in recess) and drilled these to open the hole.
Takes a big drill bit, and make sure you put the mount in the vise, but that's how I got mine to fit.

My reasoning is I didn't want to touch the bar and alloy is easier to change.
