The Thule Aero bars are narrower than the Rhino Sportz or Rhino Aero bars. I don't believe there is a fitting kit for the Thule Aerobars.
You could always bring your Aero bars into a roof rack place and compare the channel with the Rhino aero. You can then determine if one of these fitting kits will fit.

I just had a look at the Rola website and they list a universal fit kit for their alloy tray which will fit a Rhino Sportz and Thule Aero bars.
Scroll down near the bottom and look for Tray Fit Kit Universal
    http://rola.com.au/cargo-carrying.aspx

This tells me that the Rhino fitting kit for the Sportz bars will fit the Thule Aero bars. Best to confirm with a trial fit before purchasing.

Errr, no. I think I have confused you with my previous post. What I was trying to say was that Rola make a fitting kit for their alloy tray that can fit Rhino Aero/Sportz and Thule Aero bars. This tells me that the channel in the Rhino Sportz and Thule Aero bars are very similar.

As I understand it, you have a Rhino alloy tray, therefore you need a Rhino Aero/Sportz fitting kit to affix the tray onto your Thule aero bars. Don't get the Rola fitting kit as they are designed for Rola alloy trays, which may have different spacings between the planks.

I actually realised this after posting my last. I understand your logic now.
