Iron man bull bar

anyone on here have a iron man bull bar ? If so experience ? Quality good ? There a lot cheaper then arb and tjm and I don’t mind the look either, as I can get a bull bar side steps and brush bars for less then just a bull bar from arb? That’s from what I’ve seen online havnt for a actual quote yet,

my mate has a iron man bull bar on his np300 and it looks alight too

anyone have a photo of there prado with one preferably newest face lift ?

Hi Gurilla,

I went into Ironman 4x4, TJM and ARB on the weekend to look at new bull bars (for my mates new Triton but applicable to your situation). We also thought that Ironman was a lot cheaper than TJM or ARB but turns out that's not always the case.

For example, the price for a commercial bar in the Ironman catalogue is $1265. But that''s the cheapest model available so who even knows which car that is for. For a Triton the price is actually around $1800. And that's without fitting. With fitting the price was around $2300. We also got a quote from TJM for a Tradesmans bar which was around $2200 fitted. Looking at both the bars in the shop, the TJM looked much more solid and well built. I think it also has 63mm tubing compared to 50mm on the Ironman. My advice would be go in and have a look at the bars and get actual quotes before making any decisions as you might be surprised like we were.

I have one .It has been on for 3 years and has seen a fair bit of desert and outback roads. No problems at all.

I have been quoted

Premium - 60.3mm Tube BBP064 $1680.00 fitting $450 paint in pearl $500
Premium Side Steps - 60.3mm Tube SSP064 $785.00 fitting $330 paint in pearl $500

so still $2700 for bull bar fitted and painted hmm

isnt to bad I guess but haven’t seen one in person yet

Ended up getting a quote from opposite lock I think the build quality is better with these also I got a quote for a safari snorkel and color coded bull bar double post to $3200 installed pretty happy with that price just need to start saving now !

I also went to see ARB, TJM and Ironman and went with an Ironman Deluxe. I can't fault it - fit was fine, the welds look good and I'm really pleased with it. Worked out around $600 cheaper than the other two. They even painted the lower lip of the body black so as not to stand out (due the gap needed for body flex). A colleague has an ARB bar fitted and they didn't do this.
