+1 to colour matching the bars.

Both my previous 4WD's had TJM bars without colour matching and both had significant fading on the upper surfaces by the 3-3.5 year mark. Admittedly my cars live outside but I would have still expectted the finish to last better than it did. After the fading on my first TJM bar I polished the second bar at the same time as I'd do the car but the same fading ocurred around the 3.5 year mark.

My Prado is coming up at the 3 year mark and has an ARB bar thats colour matched and I think the colour is as good as the day it went on. Just lots more scratches :-)

Seriously have a look at the AFN Bullbars. They look fantastic and this is no cutting as fully replace the front end. I will be looking at getting one of these in the next few months.

The reason they cut it is because of the headlight washer jets, if it replaces the whole bumper it will remove these ?

I have had a look at AFN and do like the look of them on the pre 2018 model but they haven't got a bar for the 2018 onwards model yet. Talking to AFN they hinted that they may be releasing a bar for the new Prado at the Brisbane show which I believe is in April. Will just have to wait and see

Looks like AFN have released a bullbar for the new shape Prado. No official release yet but on display at the Brisbane show see below photo from the AFN Facebook page.

Not many photos to look at but looks good in this one.
Shame I have already placed my order for a ARB summit Sahara bar to be installed next week

Does the bullbars esp. ARB or AFN have any impact on the performance of the headlights? I am looking at these 2 bars
