Roof Cross Bars GX

I have a GX model and need to buy a set of 3 cross bars to carry a kayak etc. On ebay there is some for the 120 series but none for the 150, can anyone tell me if they are interchangeable. If not what is best place to source a set.

The feet or mounting pad which bolts onto the Prado are different from the 120 to the 150. Eveything from the legs upwards is the same. If you want to buy new, it is still cheaper to buy direct from Toyota who will sell you 2 crossbars as a set and then add the 3rd one. It will be more expensive from Rhino (for some strange reason).

Alternatively, you could source just the feet and mounting bolts and O-rings from Rhino and then buy a 2nd hand set (legs and cross bars) off ebay.

Sydney city Toyota is selling the twin rails for the GXL on ebay for $250.00 I have asked and they said they can also supply same for the GX for the same price (Dont know if this included the feet for the Gx)
They are also open to offers on them I would drop them an email !!!

I got the original set of 3 bars on my GX they were about $300 mark.
I think Rolla might make them so check on their site (Looks the same as the Toyota bars.)

i bought heavy duty rails (3 bar set) to suit the GX yesterday direct from toyota, paid $396 trade price.

installed this morning, a very easy job to do.

Me too a set of three Thule Bars from my local Toyota dealer, where I bought the Prado, for $370 and will fit them myself.
