Well I drove into a puddle and slip into a rut and got hang up. It was about 5 seconds later the missus screamed "Water!" then I immediately felt water on my feet as well. My mate quickly grabbed my winch hook and hooked me up to his car and I winched myself out. So I was probably in the water for about 2 minutes if that.

      Barry,

The wet door design allows for a small amount of rain water to run down the inside of the door and drain out the bottom, though drain holes in the bottom of the doors. The problem is when you go forging though water those drain holes will allow water to come in. Usually they have a plastic lining on the door and seals them, however where there is speakers this is broken and this is where i believe your water came in.

I was always told to it tape accross the bottom of the door drains, but you could use anything to temporally plug the holes like roo uses blue tack.

      I hope this helps.
