    What / How can you strengthen the Inner Guards to prevent cracks depending?

    Guys....

    Toyota's decided to pay for the repairs to the cracks on my RHS Inner Guard "as a sign of good faith", but still believe its a result of the accessories tha I have fitted and said that if this happens again, that I'm on my own....so they say....

    What I'm after is some ideas how the inner guards might be strengthen to help prevent this from happening again. I've got to go down and talk with Toyota's panel beater and I would like to be better informed as to what has to be done and possibly how the inner guards might be strengthened....

    Any suggestions / ideas ??

    Maybe search for the pics of the 120 reinforcement plates and get something similar made...
