Standard roof rails

Does anyone know how much the standard roof rails can hold? Thinking of bolting my aluminium roof rack directly to the rails with U bolts?

The north south rails are rated to 80kg.

Well that is correct for the 2 factory supplied normal rails. If you go down the path of heavy duty 3 rail set I think they hold up to 100 kg or bit over. So direct attached would be more as you do not have the weight of the rails in that equation.
