Rust between roof and windscreen

I have some surface rust on the area between the roof and the front windscreen. The guy from Novus who replaced my windscreen a few months ago said its because the last time the windscreen was replaced they did not seal this gap properly.

Whats the go for fixing this? Seems like the windscreen would need to be taken out to do it properly so should I take it to a panel beater? Any idea what this might cost to get done?

In the future only use windscreens O'Brian because they use the wire and winch method which doesn't scratch the paint back to metal and cause rust like the drag knife method . And yes take it to a panel beater and depending on the severity of the rust expect it to be minimum of $600 .
