Mannell Motors in Sydney now supply front recovery points which fit the ARB bar. They work well (I've given them a work out when winching at Landcruiser Mountain Park recently).

AND, with a few hundred potential sales i better buy up big and put them all on ebay and then go link them to here:

i would love to see some photos of this too [from: http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...llbar-Question]Brilliant idea.
We have been fitting Outback Ideas Recovery Points to the 120 for a long time and it's a pretty common add-on when we get a order of a bar.--> Macarthur District 4WD Club Member <--

Cheeky buggar. I have a suspicion that recovery points can only be applied to the latest ARB bar design as opposed to the one I had fitted in Oct 2010.....Originally posted by PradOz View PostMLC - i gather your question is directed to giles?? hope you are not asking me for photos/details.

The dont mount to the bar or where the bar mounts they mount near the rail towards the radiator.Bolts are supplied and one hole needs to be oversized and the other bolt has a captive nut. Care is required when fitting these that you dont damage the radiator (when drilling) as it is required you release the radiator so it is clear when you drilling and fitting bolts.Originally posted by MidLifeCrisis View PostCheeky buggar. They are $130rrp ($119 Prado Pointers only) plus $120 fit
Also your ARB bar for the 120 Midlife should be no different as they have not changed them??? Not sure what makes think they changed them?

After enquiring at my local ARB supplier a week and a half ago and being told they would get onto the supplier and get me a price that day (along with prices for a set of Rhino roof bars) I have still heard nothng back from them. I was happy to buy from them for $150 which seems a pretty standard cost and support their local business.
Seeing as it was too much effort for them, I spent 30 seconds on eBay and came across a guy selling the Outback Ideas recovery points for $120 plus about $12 shipping. I am now waiting for them to arrive... Also waiting on a set of sand grabba mats similarly found on eBay for $130 after a couple of local shops showed no interest in getting a price and getting them in for me... Oh yeah, I am also waiting on my Prado to arrive however I have been told it is getting washed at the local dealership and will be ready at 3pm TODAY!!!
