Towbar

Has anybody any wise words with regard to the fitment of a towbar to the 150 i.e. should I be going with the Toyota product or an after market for example Hayman Reese?
I have noticed the Toyota bar is below the plastic bumper, is the Hayman Reese higher? is it a problem? and does it affect the warranty? etc

We have a factory fitted bar and tow our 2200kg caravan with no problems at all!!
