My 2019GXL with 50K on the clock has an annoying clunk in the front end when coming to a slow stop. Feels like the clunk has some correlation to when the front dips when coming to a stop. Put the car up on a mates hoist looking for anything loose like a bashplate etc, but found nothing. Our first thought was the front sway bar may be hitting something, but couldn't find any tell tale marks on the swatbar to support that theory. Anyone got any suggestions where to start looking ?

Not sure if this is the culprit given how new your vehicle is, but it’s somewhere to start.
I had a clunk when coming to a stop in my 2008 prado and took ages to find it.
It ended up being the front and rear drive shafts had hardened grease in them. I removed both shafts, pulled them apart, completely cleaned them and repacked them with fresh grease and the problem was fixed. Never heard it again for 3 years and then sold it last year!
As piggy said above, most likely in the suspension but I thought I’d share that in case it helps someone else.
