redarc brake controller

I am transferring the brake controller from the old prado into the new one, and i have it installed (or so i thought) the same way, however now the green light stays on all the time instead of only coming on when a trailer is connected.

any ideas as to what i have done wrong?

Hi Wil,

Rewire your plug at the back of the prado, sounds like a short to ground, the green light goes on if the blue signal wire goes to ground letting you know the trailer is connected.
