A couple of times, I have had to hit the brakes suddenly in the new truck and I get a sound like there is a stone between the disc an pad for a split send or so. I assume this is the ABS correct? I have only had this newby for a month and don't have a lot of experience with ABS vehicles.

To ABS or Not to ABS?
Yes you will hear a god awful noise that seems like its metal on metal and it sort of feels like you're driving over corrugations.
