Rattle from underneath

Hi all.
needing some help please.
I have a 2013 prado GXL
I have a weird noise coming from underneath but I can't seem to find anything wrong.
Only way I can describe it is like putting a playing card in a bike wheel (things we did as kids). Its a constant noise but when i break its lounder and faster.
all my clips are there and in. I've upgraded to slotted rotors and heavy duty pads all round.

I've looked at all the clips, pads are chunky and discs look good. I'm assuming it's breaks because it's louder and faster when I break but all looks good, so I'm stumped.
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea where else to look?

Never experienced this situation but it could be due to multiple things. Might be worth removing the calipers and rotors to ensure there is nothing trapped between the dust cover and rotor/caliper. Assuming its coming from the front, disassembling the rear for inspection could also be an option.
