does anybody know, if the Prado recently received a SW-update for itīs AT-Gearbox ?
I heard about it, but not officially yet.
I am waiting for an update, because the AT is switching too hectically and way too often back, not using itīs sufficient torque like other Brands do.
As soon as I just slightly tip the pedal, the AT is switching back. I know it is an intelligent AT learning the drivers way to drive. But even after some thousands of km, it doesnīt get better.
Many other drivers including an off-road magazine have confirmed it. I have driven other Prado J15 Diesel and they all had the same miserable switching character.
btw, my old J9 AT is more efficient and not that nervous.
