  • elocker Fitting Query

A question for those who have an elocker fitted:

Does your dash activation switch connect directly (or via a relay) to the locker ie the elocker can be activated with any transmission configuration?

    OR

Is it configured so that the locker only be activated via the dash switch when the L4 or centre diff lock (or both) is activated ?

Hi mate, first option is standard for aftermarket installs. I was worried about accidental activation so installed an isolation switch to reduce the risk.

Thanks kevdebbi, good idea. The thought of accidentally hitting the switch at speed sent shivers up my spine.

Below is my 120 switch panel to the right of the driver knee. The red isolate switch is for the winch and the rear locker. This way accidental activation should be avoided.
