Hi everyone, Does anyone have a Lockup-mate PLUS+ Installed in their 150. I would appreciate any feedback in regard the impact on fuel economy and ATF temps under various conditions (towing/not towing)

Mate bought one and found it all overly complicated. The LED "switch/ indicator" looked like a bit of a china joke. Ended up installing a Stocklock instead and is very happy with that. I have a Stocklock in mine and also am very happy with its performance. Dropped 1.5-2 l per 100 after install. AT temps are low when locked. (Stocklock I'm talking about)

Best thing I did. Have one in the Prado and 200 series. Keeps TQ temps super low when hitting hills. Before I found I was easily getting into the 115+ degree temps super quick just on the farm driveway when towing up the grade. Now it stays around 70.
Yes you can simply lift your passenger floor carpet and there is a plug you can plug into the loom that completely removes the stocklock. Never needed it and done around 150,000 with Stocklocks fitted now.
