What is this plug?

Does anyone have any idea what this little plug on the underside of Prado 150 GXL 2011 is?

I noticed a "leak" of clear fluid - no smell and found the plug out.

Its located on the passenger side, just behind the B pillar, on the outside of the chassis rail.

On the inside of the plug is some sort of moist soft Foam / sponge material

Wiring loom plug, that's come out, and likely underside of the carpet/ sound deadening above it.
