Oh the best tip I can give you for wiring up the rear cargo is to use one of those electrician tongues.

Tip on trip pulling, start at the edges and work your way to the other end - clip by clip. Don't pull from the edges, get ur fingers in under the trim and pull up from there instead. I think you can buy a trim pulling tool on ebay too if you really need it... You can get the sills off without taking any screws/bolts out, but there are a few for the front passenger side and another for the 3rd row seat panel (which is one big piece). From memory you can't take that piece out without taking the back seats out... but that's where the tongue comes in to play

DON'T! It's a double skin aluminum pipe and some people have cracked it which is not a cheap experience. Aluminum doesn't like being bent.

I moved it about 10mm after loosening some of the other fittings.

I did it and you have to be carefull. Only managed about 25mm before i stopped and didn't risk any more bending and snapped pipe.

Do it by hand and make sure you have something to stop u from over bending it. Better to hit your knuckles on something then break the pipe. The aircon pipe is double layer.

I also found i had to leave the clip unhooked that hold the aircon pipe into the body of the car near the airbox

I got the Piranha tray, only had to move it a little bit, you get a new bracket and it fits in without moving much.
I cannot get you pics right now, but there should be some around the forum.
stepped up the a 200 LC for towing,

I actually changed the position of the existing bracket to move the pipe away by about 1 or 2cm - only because I didn't want the pipe rubbing on the battery. Pic below. As others have said, I wouldn't push it out anymore than that as it's a pipe within a pipe. There has been reports here of people breaking the pipe and have had to fork out quite of a bit of $$ to get it fixed. Having said that, there's people here who have moved it by so much to dump in a 100a/h battery without any problems.

Before I bought that tray I have spoken to ARB too, they clearly said, that the Piranha tray they sell is not a self fit job.
William, it appears you have an ARB tray? looks much more designed around the Aircon pipe. Have attached photos.

As my Battery is only 254mm long (10"), I would only need a smaller tray. Does anyone knows where I can get one that does not give me that Aircon pipe headache?

Oh wow. Personally, I wouldn't risk it. Having said that, there's heaps of people with the TJM battery tray here who have had no problems. If you're worried, I suppose you could always take it back to the TJM guy and pay him for "10minutes" of labour to install it for you. That way they'll take liability should the aircon pipe crack.

Yes I have an ARB tray. $142 if I recall correctly. Specially built for the SB12 (there's a mounting bracket for it). Extremely easy to fit. Does not interfere with the aircon pipe at all. However, as per my pic above, depending on the size of your battery, you may want to shove the aircon pipe across a couple cms. To do that just follow the instructions I gave in my build. Basically involves malleting out a locking pin then loosening up a couple of bolts, re-adjusting the position of the brackets and tightening eveything back up. Easy

Edit: By the way, the Piranha tray is a different tray to the ARB one. The Piranha one looks like this: http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...y-Tray-Install.

                  The ARB one is black

William. This little modification of turning the rubber block does not cause a head ache. I'll try to get an ARB tray tomorrow and bring the TJM back.

I will put some photos or the piranha tray up later, you can fit a full sized battery and only have to move the a/c in a minor way.

Thanks again, William. Got the ARB tray today ($142.00), seemed the safer option than having TJM a try (but thanks for the hint, William :-) , see how we go, it looks promising, it can hold a 10" battery.
Hope to be able to check tonight.
Brought the other tray back to TJM, they gave me a refund, no worries. I was a bit irritated by the attitude though "We never had a problem, just push it over. And I wonder how you will manage now." I thanked and walked away but I dislike those over-confident comments.

I too used the Piranha tray and the remount of the air con pipe was easy to do and easy to follow off their instructions. $166 quick delivered from www.offroaddownunder.com.au I was limited in the size of the battery that I fitted a little but Im happy with the CCA of nearly 600. It started a new 200hp John Deere pump motor the other day when I pulled it out. I didnt screw the bracket onto the sidewall. I figured the four bolts on the base were sufficient.

Worked like a charm. The ARB tray sits nicely in its place and harmoniously with the aircon hose. Too easy :-) Didn't not even had to turn the rubber block, as the optima is small enough to leave a gap to the aircon pipe. Also lovely that the tray has a spot for the Redarc SBI12.
