Oh the best tip I can give you for wiring up the rear cargo is to use one of those electrician tongues.
Tip on trip pulling, start at the edges and work your way to the other end - clip by clip. Don't pull from the edges, get ur fingers in under the trim and pull up from there instead. I think you can buy a trim pulling tool on ebay too if you really need it... You can get the sills off without taking any screws/bolts out, but there are a few for the front passenger side and another for the 3rd row seat panel (which is one big piece). From memory you can't take that piece out without taking the back seats out... but that's where the tongue comes in to play
