Factory HID low bean headlights

Hi Folks
Re 150 series VX with HID factory low beam head lights.
Just upgraded my suspension to OME with 2" lift. Since then, my low beam lights are too high, some oncoming traffic flash me assuming I have high beam on. Went to Toyota, they said there is a minor mechanical adjustment that can be done so apparently they have made adjustment, made no different. i think they just did not know. The car has AFS fitted which is meant to be self levelling etc. When lights are turned on, they do jiggle around starting from a low position until they level out? Surely there must be a way to adjust, anyone with experience in this area.

I'm positive this has come up before, have a hunt through the 150 sections and see if you can find the thread.

The HID's can be adjusted, but only by a Toyota dealer (who knows what he/she is doing)
