Interior LED Light Replacement

Most of us got the full car kit from ebay.

I have just replaced the cargo roof light and the main roof light with LED. Easy to obtain from Jaycar.

However, I can't find anyone who can replace the map reading light bulbs with a LED equivalent which will fit.

Has anyone out there found a supplier?

Went to 2 Jaycar's in Canberra - no go. But now I have the number will try again.

this is what you want for the map lights. The panel should be 12 or 15 LEDs.

Went out this morning and found one of my map lights has already crapped out. Jaycar ones may be pretty poor as it turns out... Lucky I kept receipt. Only a couple weeks old!

Interior globe list for a GXL

Does anyone have a globe type list for a 120 series GXL, specifically I'm looking for: map lights front, centre dome light, all door step lights and cargo light, I have had search but can only find things relating to the 150. Thanks guys.

has anyone change LED interior lights on facelifted prado 150?
I'm having trouble replacing dome lights on middle and third row seat.
Ones I got from kits are 31mm LED light but it seems it's extremely tight fit. can someone else confirm this is right size?

Best to use a panel of LED's with an adapter for the festoon fitting. Gives far more light and the adapter fits whereas the LED festoon probably won't fit. See picture of panel at post # 110. That's what I have fitted to my 2012 150 and I doubt the facelift lights are any different

Yep. When I counted them just now I noticed that 3 of the LEDS have died but it still gives heaps of light.

I'm looking to upgrade all interior lights on my 2009 150 series GXL and want to know if this will cut the mustard or is there a better kit out there?
