Suitable driving lights for 150 Prado with Toyota bull bar

Hi there, I am new to the forum as far as posting goes so please bear with me.
I am wishing to know what would be the best HID spotlights to suit long distance driving out through western QLD and NSW. I have thought about lightforce 170mm strykers but I am not sure if these are any good. Also not sure if 200mm lights would fit in the standard bar.
If any one could give me an idea of what would be best and which supplier such as ARB or TJM would be best to supply and fit

I recently had a Smartbar and a set of 18 LED's from Great White fitted. Holy $%#@ are these bright, they literally turn night into day but they are by and far the best driving lights I've had, that includes IPF's, Lightforce and various HID's. They would fit on the Toyota bar but are a bit pricey at $675 each from ARB or Opp Lock.

Does it shine any distance like HID or is it mostly just in front of vehicle that the light bar works in

I don't have a light bar, I have 2x 18 LED round driving lights. You no longer have to have a mix of spread and pencil as each light does both. They throw a long distance and have excellent fill, effectively lighting all the area in front of your vehicle without any dark spots. The quality seems pretty good too.

Lightforce genesis in halogen will exceed any expectations you have. Hid lights are "good" but there beam is very sharp and pronounced. Which I found very annoying with my old hid lights. I cant comment on the great white round lights but there light bars are 1 of the best on the market.
