  • One fuse for all outlet?

    Hi

I had blown the fuse for the 12V outlet recently. (one of the device I attached to it had a fault).

While looking for the fuse location, I am surprised that it seems that all outlet shared one 15A fuse.
That includes the 240V inverter at the back.

    Is that right?

(My ride is the 150 D4D)

The fuse is to protect the wiring so don't go uprating the fuse unless you upgrade the wiring.

I would have thought they use separate fuses for different outlets so that if one blows, then can still uses the other outlet.
Changing fuse is not a problem but not when one is moving and if spare fuse is available.

Had that before in my previous SUV with separate fuses for front and back outlet.
