Need help- IPF how to tighten?

Hi all,
We have a 150 Prado with factory bullbar that has a set of round IPF Extreme spotties.
I just noticed one is very loose on the bar, but how do you get to the underside of bullbar to tighten where it is mounted???

Doogie it's probably easiest to do this by removing the top radiator shroud and then the grille, that should enable you to reach the underside of the IPF mount. I have a TJM bar and can remove the wing plates underneath the bullbar but don't think the factory bar has that access.

Sing out if you need instructions on how to remove the grille, have done it heaps of times now.
