Century Overlander here. Just swapped out the original factory battery for one for more CCA now that I have a winch.

Thanks for input..Was going for a Century battery, but trying a "Amaron" battery. So the sales pitch goes..suits higher temperature climates, is marked as 670 cca, but is actually rated higher (manufacturer puts lower rating on theirs for quality control, he put a load meter on it to prove it and it actually did read 950 cca), usual 2 year warranty, see if it lasts the mentioned 3.5-4 years.
Oh yeah its a bright green, so looks like a giant tree frog sitting in the corner.

Century also under rate their battery's, unlike some other brands.

Century overlander here best value for $$$.

Optima do too - the battery guy showed me a 780cca yellowtop that read 1060 or therabouts - that said it was 18c that day and not -18 (for a real cca result)
                Cheers

I'd like to see that Andrew. (photo please)
Have you extended your terminals to reach the correct battery posts?
Isnt the yellow the same as the blue top just with reversed posts?
                    Cheers

Yes I did have to alter the cables a little bit.

Unless things have changed the Yellow top didn't have the extra threaded posts, which was why I went that way.

                      Cheers Andrew

I had a Super Charge Gold in my 120 from mid 2008 until today, struggled to start the car last night and myCTEK told me that it would not hold a charge. 6 years... not too bad! Replaced it with a Century Overlander 760 CCA this afternoon. Lets see if I can get 6 years out of this one.
