Hmmm, after further fiddling, still nothing. Maybe I have a dodgey switch?
Might have to stick with the LF switch till I nut this out a little more. It's not that bad looking. Just not clean and flush is all.Spilsy

I ended up disassembling the switch to find the contacts on the circuit board., this made it much easier.
Turns out there is Continuity between my red and yellow cables when the switch is on. I assume one of these is the High Beam 12 V and the other is the Relay?
I shall have another fiddle with my new found knowledge tonight after work...Spilsy

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. That's the way you spell success!
I had a quick systems test last night and, yep, the red and yellow are the 12V and Relay (not sure which was which) and the black is the ground.
Now I just have to wire the new switch in permanently. - I really should get me some crimp-able connectors...Spilsy
