Sorry, additionally, if i look at the attached photo; 
it just doesnt look like and easy fit. I will have to move the aircon pipe a reasonable distance to clear the tray. I know i havent got the tray all the way to the left, but its pretty close.

The bracket that attaches to the aircon goes on to the tray, not the chassis, it mounts to the hole at the front of the tray. You don't need to bend the pipe, it is just gently moved out a little.
The photos Maxjj posted show the bracket is mounted to the tray facing forward, and the toyota part is then mounted to that which pushes the pipe out a little father to towards the center of the engine bay then it was originally.
The black cables and hose on the side also go above the bracket that bolts to the side, and can be put back in the plastic clip they were in once the bot is put back in.2015 GX Prado 3L Auto, in the process of being fitted out.Comment

Thanks for the info. attempting to install again, what is the m8 washer used for? along with the m8 bolt and nut?

I installed mine myself, and yes it's a shitty design all round from piranha. The bracket that they supply for the AC pipe twists, and the pipe gets to close to battery. A better designer bracket with a lug to stop the twisting would have been good. Just make sure there is 10mm clearance and check it every now and then. It won't be cheap repairing or replacing that ac pipe if it runs through.

Just installing the battery and its touching the air con pipe. I really don’t have any more play to pull the pipe further away. Is this normal? I assume I could put some plastic around it to reduce rubbing?

i could try give it another pull, but its already under some pressure, . not sure if its good for the life of the air con pipe, or possibly create a weak point. but i guess i dont have a choice without getting the pipe moved.Comment

Cut a piece of 10 cm x 25mm black poly water pipe along the length and slip over AC rubber and tape in place. Mine been rubbing against battery for well over a year now including a long rough trip through the centre. Hardly worn.Comment
